Affordable housing PPP

In partnership with the National Housing Corporation (NHC) and the State Department of Housing and Urban Development (SDHUD), IFC is accompanying these players as advisor in the completion of the transaction. AHI has been contracted by IFC to examine the technical and commercial feasibility of implementing an affordable housing PPP in Kenya. First, we conducted a technical, commercial, financial, social, and environmental study to define a PPP structure suited to the project's requirements. Second, we implemented the selection process for NHC's partners in this project, i.e. interested investors and private sector players.
