Urban Green Housing – Kigali, Rwanda

Working on behalf of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), AHI reviewed the housing market conditions in Kigali and the supply and demand side interventions proposed by a consortium comprising the Rwanda Housing Authority, Rwanda Social Security Board, and Rwanda Development Bank. Working with AECOM and Miyamoto International’s structural engineers, AHI provided an assessment of the developer’s profile and construction technology, and provided a feasibility study of the potential for affordable housing in Kigali.
