Catalyzing Green and Resilient Housing in Kenya and Mozambique

The World Bank has engaged AHI and team to support the Catalyzing Green and Resilient Housing in Kenya and Mozambique initiative under the Africa Green, Resilient and Inclusive Housing De-Risking (GRIHD) Facility. The assignment aims to strengthen the enabling environment for green, resilient, and inclusive housing by building the capacity of key housing market actors, increasing end-user awareness and acceptance, and identifying policy and regulatory reforms that can support wider adoption. AHI is working across Kenya and Mozambique with financial institutions, housing developers, public-sector stakeholders, and potential end-users to identify practical, contextually relevant approaches to green and resilient housing and support their adoption.
