Real Estate Market Research & Analysis of Social and Mid-Income Housing across Five Countries in Sub-Saharan Africa

AHI completed a detailed assessment of the housing sector in Ethiopia, Uganda, Chad, Guinea and Mali for international investors looking for investment opportunities in each country’s housing sector. We developed a full housing value chain analysis for each country’s housing ecosystem and highlighted opportunities as well as challenges in the sector. More specifically, we sought to assess the feasibility of developing housing focused public-private partnerships in each country and determine which country provides the best investment opportunity.
