Housing Value Chain assessment of Trinidad and Tobago

In partnership with a team of local consultants, AHI is conducting research into the housing market of Trinidad and Tobago. The objectives of this consultancy are to undertake an assessment of the housing value chain in Trinidad and Tobago and design prioritized, actionable strategies to improve overall affordability; to increase access to adequate housing, particularly for lower and middle-income households; and to explore the potential to expand the supply and national share of new, renovated and adaptive reuse housing units in urban centers, as part of a sustainable urban revitalization thrust in line with Smart Growth principles.
