Housing market study and survey in Burkina Faso

AHI conducted a study of the housing market and a comprehensive assessment of supply and demand in Burkina Faso, as well as of the housing finance market in the two key markets of Ouagadougou and Bobo Dioulasso. The study will enable IFC to better understand the challenges and opportunities of the market, identify and understand the role of key players in the market, assess the dynamics of supply and demand, understand the limits of access to housing for low-income households, and evaluate construction costs.
