Fiji Affordable Housing PPP Project

AHI provided transaction advisory support to the Government of Fiji for the selection of a developer to design, build, finance and maintain the green and climate resilient housing units for low-income and middle-income households in Fiji. To achieve those ends, AHI conducted a countrywide and site-specific value chain assessment to identify strengths and weaknesses in the market and provided guidance on how to create a commercially viable model to select a private sector organization to develop the project.
