Diagnostic and Scoping Assessment of Investment Opportunities in the Guinean Formal Housing Market

AHI conducted research into the housing market to identify investment opportunities in Guinea. The main objective of this review is to agree with the government on an action plan to create a policy framework that will develop and implement priority reforms to remove existing constraints to investment while also identifying growth and investment opportunities that can be exploited by the private sector with IFC support.
