AHI Capital Gateway is engaged on a monthly subscription basis to provide strategic growth advisory services to a private developer based in the San Joaquin Valley, focused on delivering affordable housing through long-term, sustainable partnerships with educational institutions.
Our support has included:
· Market research and housing value chain assessments to identify demand- and supply-side challenges and mitigation strategies for new markets
· Evaluation of new sites and pipeline opportunities (site and zoning analysis, regulatory assessment, permits and entitlement requirements, development potential)
· Development of a ground lease framework and financial model for site in Merced
· Design of platform growth strategies, equity sharing models, and projection model of platform funding requirements
· Draftingof MoUs with institutional partners
· Assessment of acquisition opportunities involving general contracting companies.
