Financial and Growth Advisory for a Private Developer

AHI has been hired to act as the project sponsor to source and acquire sites, arrange financing, obtain approvals, oversee construction, and deliver projects for a real estate development platform focused on urban infill mixed-use development and redevelopment in Atlanta. The Team intends to revitalize the entire Atlanta Civic Center block, phase by phase, and recently achieved Financial Close on its first build, R1, an elderly LIHTC property in the northeast corner of the Site. The Site will hold multiple phases of development, many of which are expected to be workforce housing.

AHI will act as the developer's strategic growth advisor on both Growth Strategy and P1’s Financial Close. Between these two scopes of work, AHI will support the company in the deal structuring of the P1 project, doing feasibility assessments, scenario modelling and capital stack development, and in positioning the company for expansion across its platform, pipeline, and portfolio.
