AHI conducted a rental market review to analyze the main trends in the market and completed a thorough survey with more than 700 households across five cities, interviewing landlords and renters about their rental practices and decisions. Based on the market assessment and survey results we developed recommendations on how to strengthen the rental market in Cameroon
