Project Details

Chile has a complex housing market and a housing policy that serves as a benchmark in Latin America.

As part of a project commissioned by ASSET, AHI - in collaboration with Fundación Alcanzable - develops a quarterly report on housing policy in Chile. The report aims to provide insights into policy development and ASSET’s role within this context. The report includes:

  • A general overview of the housing market in Chile.
  • The current state of housing policy in Chile.
  • Relevant political discussions on housing policy in Chile.
  • An analysis of an international case relevant to Chilean housing policy.
  • Presentation of the results to relevant stakeholders.
