Consultancy for the development of a program to stimulate rental housing supply in Peru

AHI developed a program proposal that encouraged the production of rental housing to respond to the growing demand for affordable housing solutions in Peru. Through this assignment, AHI had four specific objectives: Analyze the supply and demand for rental housing and the main factors that affect it, assess the cooperative and associative sector as a potential program actor, analyze relevant regional and international experiences of incentive programs to develop the rental housing market, and identify and formulate a set of rental housing programs that target lower and lower middle-income households.
