BRIDGE Housing strategic planning

As one of the nation’s top five non-profit affordable housing developers, owners, operators, and service providers for multifamily affordable housing, BRIDGE is a dominant non-profit developer and owner in California. BRIDGE’s core capacities, coupled with the ongoing need for affordable housing and particularly for population-specific types of affordable housing, have led to BRIDGE continuing to expand both (a) geographically, throughout the West Coast and the western states, and (b) in business units, adding new services that support the overall mission of maximizing quality affordable housing for people who need it.

AHI provided consulting assistance in developing BRIDGE’s Strategic Plan for 2018-2023. This work entailed a mixture of analytical review, idea generation, interviews with Board members and Senior Executives, and the facilitation of four full-day workshop sessions with members of the Board of Directors and Senior Executive team.
