AHI was hired to help an international real estate developer enter the Senegalese market. We conducted in-depth market research, assessing supply and demand in all income quintiles, and devised targeted sales strategies. AHI also helped the client determine unit price points based on affordability and demand analyses that it completed in conjunction with local consultants. In the second phase of work, AHI designed a marketing and sales strategy that segmented the customer base and proposed targeted, tailored messaging.
