Long-term finance country diagnostic in Ethiopia

AHI was tasked with determining how to reduce the existing affordable housing finance gap in Ethiopia. The final report included recommendations aimed at strengthening the development of domestic markets for long-term finance and identified funding arrangements and/or institutional or regulatory changes that are catalytic and support broad-based shifts in availability of private sector funding.
