Growth strategy for a housing finance company

AHI provided strategic advice on the growth strategy of a new housing finance company in Mexico. The company has an innovative rent-to-own program, and AHI has worked with the company’s leadership to review, refine, and suggest improvements on its planned capital expansion. Activities included: (1) assessment of commercial strategy including business plan, HR strategy, customer acquisition, channels to market and marketing strategy; (2) review of platform technology roadmap, including underwriting, customer on boarding, platform listings, investment and property management pipeline; (3) review of capital strategy for the platform and fund, including financial model and structuring review, investment memorandum, presentations and supporting pitch materials.
