Project Details

The Royal Government of Bhutan (RGOB), is seeking to develop 2500 affordable housing units across the country and has requested ADB's assistance through an Affordable Housing Project. As part of the Developing South Asian Livable Cities Facility, Anya Brickman Raredon and AHI are supporting ADB to undertake upstream data gathering and analysis (such as identifying the housing demand) to support the development of the project.  AHI is also assessing the initial project feasibility and supporting ADB in working with the relevant Bhutanese agencies on lending modality and next steps for project processing. AHI is supporting ADB in the preparation of project documents, concept notes, and rationale.
