What we have learned, we want to share. While it is impossible to diagnose from a distance, and impossible to generalize without being wrong sometimes, we have learned some things the hard way, and proven them in practice.


Others have learned too. What they have learned, we want to hear, and to publicize.
So this Web site can be not one-way but two-way communication among affordable housing advocates, practitioners, and policy makers around the world.


We intend AHI's Web site to be the premier global resource of best practices, current events, and lessons learned for affordable housing around the world. Here we post
the best of what we have heard, seen, read, and discovered.
